Yes, this week is now officially “Transgender Black Market Buttock Augmentation Week” at the Cosmetic Surgery Directory Blog. I’m following up my previous post about a transgender imposter plastic surgeon using flat tire sealant for buttock augmentation procedures with an equally wacky tale involving some remarkably similar details:
- Black market buttock augmentation
- Transgender individual performing the procedure
- Super Glue was used as part of the procedure
It’s hard to believe that there are two separate incidents fitting that description. I mean, as far as copycat crimes go, this is pretty bizarre. But then again, there are some major differences between the two. Most notably, the “Booty Butcher” that will be discussed today did not use flat tire sealant, which was the material of choice for our last transgender plastic surgery hack. But tragically, the Booty Butcher’s “patient” died, while the patient receiving flat tire sealant simply had her humongous new badonkadonk seize up in pain.
The Booty Butcher and Her Victims
Padge Victoria Windslowe, a 42-year-old transgender rapper known as the Black Madam, has recently taken on a new street name – ‘’The Booty Butcher.” She apparently earned this moniker by performing black market buttock augmentation on women in the Philadelphia area.
Windslowe has been accused of injecting silicone into the butt of Claudia Aderotimi, a 20-year-old British student who flew to Philadelphia in February 2011 to add a little more junk in her trunk in hopes that it would help launch a career dancing in hip hop videos.
Aderotimi had sought help with her “condition” after being fired from the set of a hip hop video once the director discovered she had worn padded pants in order to make it look like she had a big ol’ booty.
Sadly, Aderotimi was never able to do the “booty pop” on stage, and her music video career was over before it ever started. Several hours after receiving the black market buttock augmentation procedure in a cheap motel room, she began having trouble breathing. She died shortly thereafter of a heart attack.
Apparently, Windslowe’s silicone injections hit a blood vessel, allowing the substance to enter her bloodstream. It eventually made its way to her lungs, causing Aderotimi’s untimely demise.
Fast forward to the present day…
The Booty Butcher strikes again, performing buttock augmentation on a 23-year-old. This time, the victim narrowly escaped the jaws of death. Two days after the procedure, victim #2 was treated for pneumonia and a blockage in her lungs. Fortunately, she received medical treatment in time to avoid joining Aderotimi as a big-butted angel in the clouds.
Police Sting Operation
By this point, the Booty Butcher was on the radar of Philadelphia police. They staked out her most recent “butt-pumping party” at a shady Philadelphia hotel room. The raid took place before Windslowe could wreak havoc on any of the five women in attendance.
“We didn’t want to let it get to a point where she was injecting people,” said Lt. John Walker.
Police confiscated needles, Super Glue, cotton balls, paper towels, and a water bottle containing an unknown substance – most likely the material used to add definition to the booty.
Windslowe was charged with aggravated assault and several other offenses. However, it is still uncertain whether she will face murder charges for the death of Claudia Aderotimi. Doctors are still trying to determine what substance caused her death. The type of silicone used – surgical grade or a cheap industrial brand – may determine whether she is charged with murder.
I’m not exactly sure what possesses people to allow a random person with no qualifications to inject an unknown substance into their butt. It seems completely absurd to me. These people are just playing with fire, and it appears that some of them are even going down in flames.
